  5. Select When Sending E-Mail, Postmark the Message to Help E-Mail Clients Distinguish Regular E-Mail from Junk E-Mail to enable postmarks on sending messages
  6. Click OK to apply these changes

If you have already prepares configured list then it is good but if there is no such list then prepare it by setting the contents of safe senders, safe recipients, blocked and international.
